Requirement:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process biweekly payroll and ensure all information submitted is correct and in accordance
with applicable laws.
Manage time off requests and timeclock punches, working with supervisors to approve time
and correct errors.
Administer employee benefit plans including enrollment and terminations.
Act as liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefits-related
problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations.
Process monthly billings from insurance providers. Review billings for accuracy. Resolve
discrepancies with carriers.
Coordinate and assist with ACA reporting requirements.
Administer the onboarding/orientation process for new employees to provide an
understanding of the company’s policies and procedures.
Assist with recruiting duties. Interview and evaluate candidates for selected positions.
Work directly with temporary agencies on staffing needs for temporary job placements
companywide.
Coordinate and conduct exit interviews and provide feedback as appropriate.
Manage cleaning operations, managing the contingent workforce, ensuring all facilities are
cleaned daily based established expectations and regulations.
Assist with general & administrative matters such as company car usage, corporate apartment
set-up and close-outs, etc.
