Employment type: Direct hire with full Benefit, Exempt Shift time: 8-5, M-F Pay: 90-100K Location: Kyle, TX ( 30 min away from Austin Downtown) Resume to plano@moastaffing.com Minimum Job Qualifications: • min. 8 years of experience in Human Resource • Must be bilingual Korean / English (both verbal and written) •Authorized to work in the US Bilingual HR Manager Job Description  We would like to hire a bilingual Korean/English candidate.  Serve as the business partner between management and employees by handling questions, complaints, conflicts resolution in all employee relation matters.  Maintain and control employment policies & procedures, compensation, employee benefits, and other HR programs.  Supervise job descriptions and conduct exempt/non-exempt classification.  Maintain the Human Resources Information System on the payroll program.  Supervise payroll processing through ADP system and provide payroll report and analysis regularly.  Perform Workers' Compensation/Safety claims filing and report in support of Distribution Center Manager.  Administer Unemployment Compensation process and documentation and represent company in unemployment compensation/ insurance matters.  Supervise new employee orientations and appropriate employee training programs.
