The position provides hardware, network and software support to employees including but not limited to answering basic questions about IT system use. Tasks also include troubleshooting problems such as logging onto computer systems or software, printing malfunctions, or routine error messages. In some cases, this position will research appropriate solutions to solve problems. If standard techniques do not resolve the situation, this position will seek assistance from the appropriate technical professional.
